We are the data controller for the data that reaches us through this site. No data protection officer has been appointed; that obligation does not apply to a company of our size.

If you fill in the contact form, we receive your name, your email address, the subject you selected and your message. We ask for nothing more, and we need nothing more in order to reply.

If you email or call us directly, we process whatever you put in that message.

• Purpose — answering your question and, if it leads to working together, carrying out the work.
• Legal basis — your request and the preparation or performance of a contract (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)), and our legitimate interest in responding to messages (Article 6(1)(f)).
• Required — without a name and an email address we cannot write back. The rest is up to you.

We want to know how many people visit the site and which pages are read. For that we use ‹naam van de dienst›, which sets no cookies and builds no profiles. The data cannot be traced back to an individual.

If we later choose a service that does use cookies, we will ask for consent beforehand and update this policy.

We do not sell anything on, and we share nothing for advertising purposes. In order to do our work we use a few parties that process data on our behalf:

• ‹hostingpartij› — runs the website.
• ‹formulierdienst› — sends the messages from the form to our mailbox.
• ‹e-mailprovider› — delivers and stores our email.
• ‹statistiekdienst› — counts visitors.

We have a data processing agreement with each of them. If one of these parties is based outside the EU, the transfer takes place on the basis of the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

• Messages that do not lead to a project — ‹12› months, then deleted.
• Correspondence about a project — for as long as the project runs and for five years afterwards, so that we can answer questions later on.
• Accounting records — five years after the end of the financial year, as the Danish Bookkeeping Act requires.

Film and photography work involves recording people. Anyone who appears recognisably is asked for consent beforehand, and we set out what the material may be used for. You can withdraw that consent later; we will then remove the material from everything we control. What has already been printed or shared by others cannot be taken back.

You have the right to see what we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to have the processing restricted, to object, and to receive your data in a readable file. One email is enough; we reply within a month.

If you disagree with how we handle it, you can complain to the Danish Data Protection Agency (Datatilsynet), Carl Jacobsens Vej 35, 2500 Valby, datatilsynet.dk.

The site runs over an encrypted connection. Our mailboxes and storage are protected with two-factor authentication. Working files are kept on our own drives and in an encrypted backup.
